Christmas Eve

On Christmas Eve my neighbor, Amber, had some of us over so that the kids could act out the nativity scene in her dance studio. The kids were so cute and did a very good job. Except for Nixon, he was not in the mood to participate.

Our little King. He seems excited here but don't let that fool ya!

This is the best shot I could get. Nic was right there trying to get him to sit by Zac, the other king, but would not cooperate.

We enjoyed a delicious Christmas Eve feast for three. Ham, potatoes, green bean casserole, jello, rolls and sparkling apple cider. After dinner, we went and looked at the lights on Center Street that "dance" to the music.

When we got home we opened up one present...

...new jammies!

There always has to be a kid that won't do what he is supposed to do! I guess it was Nixons turn to not be in the festivus! Looks like a ton of fun and I am sure next year Nixon will understand a lot more than he did this year.
