Christmas morning

Christmas morning Nixon wanted to wear his King hat. So he did as he opened his presents. Santa brought Nixon his very own bike (tricycle) but the first thing Nixon went for was his stocking. He did not even care about his bike for what seemed like a long time.

Finally, Nic and I showed Nixon his new bike and he was not even all that interested. Turns out the tricycle was too big for him to even scoot around with his feet so we ended up exchanging it on Monday for a different one that he absolutely loves. Apparently, Santa just brought him the wrong bike!





Nic and I did not buy each other gifts this year so we just enjoyed watching Nixon open all of his gifts and get excited. It was a fun morning. After presents Nic made fabulous omelets for breakfast. We used the leftover ham from Christmas Eve dinner.
