Nixon's new word is "happy."
The other day I was singing his favorite song, "If you're happy and you know it" in the car and when I was done he was trying to say "happy" by himself. So I kept saying it with him so he could hear all of the correct sounds and syllabuls and after a few tries he said it correctly. It's so cute because he really tries hard to pronounce each letter like the H and the P's.
I can't believe how fast his vocabulary is growing. Just three months ago he was only saying "mama", "dada", and "da" (for dog). Now he can say the following...
mama
dada
dog
hi
car
boo
happy
poop
bum bum
bubble
bird
whoa
cool
ball
num num (food)
And while I'm bragging about Nixon, he also knows how to point to his head, ears, mouth, nose, tummy, toes, tongue, hair, and bum. He also knows how to brush his hair and brush his teeth. Balls are probably his favorite toy but he is the most happy when he is outside. He can entertain himself all day long if he is outside.

It will seem like he learns a new word every day. Such a fun age. They are little sponges soaking in everything.

I'm pretty sure he knows the word Kendra. You forgot to put that on the list:) haha and when you said that he knows his body part and then right next to it said what his favorite toy was, I got a little confused at first hahahah. Miss you and baby N!!!
