No they did not ask my permission to use my image. However, when you are in any NCAA sport you pretty much sign away your face and give all the rights of your photos to the campus photographer. So they had to have gotten permission from the photographer, Mark Phillbrick, before they are allowed to use any of his photos. I have not been in there to ask for a free meal but I think I deserve one!

Shouldn't they have to pay you to use your image. At least give you free food while it's up.
