Blissful Berries

Nic bought a huge thing of strawberries at Costco the other day. I know that we will have a hard time finishing all of them before they go rotten so I decided that I would make some chocolate covered strawberries for my friend's (Candace, aka ACE) birthday. Needless to say, one thing kind of led to another and this is what Nic and I ended up creating. And yes, Nic was just as much involved as I was! We both had our creative juices flowing and it ended up being an afternoon full of fun.

The first picture is the "Berry Bouquet" which Ace will be receiving tonight at her birthday BBQ. We still have to add the dirt (chocolate pudding and oreos). The second picture is the raspberries filled with white chocolate. These are so good and look so pretty!

The third picture is a little lady bug that Nic made out of the white chocolate filled raspberry which will end up in the "Berry Bouquet" when it is finished. So what do you all think? Could "Blissful Berries" be my new business venture?
