Construction birthday party!!!

My mom came out to help with the birth of baby Vann and also to throw the party of the century for a 2 year old! She totally went all out in the planning and details of this party and it turned out so stinkin' cute! The kids were totally spoiled and loved every minute of it.

The party planners. Okay, so mom did most of the work but I did what I could :)

Here is the "Thank you" table. Each friend got to take home their own little bucket full of stickers, an activity book, gummy candy tools, a chocolate dump truck sucker, dump truck crayons in a cute bag, and a little truck. They also got to fill up a candy bag.

Here is the kids table. They each got their own hard hat with their name on it, a Home Depot apron with their own set of tools in it. They drank out of the cone cups and ate their lunch at this table.

The food table. Notice the tiny cupcake banner that my mom made. It says, "Nixon is two." We put the mini bagels in the dump truck and kept to the color theme with the foods we chose but also were able to keep it fairly healthy.

Just realizing the 2 is backwards in the picture. But Nixon is actually smiling so this is definitely my favorite picture :)

Grandpa was able to fly out for the weekend to party with us and meet baby Vann. Vann was dressed in his construction outfit for the party...so cute!
