Over the weekend I...
made 1 batch of plum jam,
made 2 batches of peach jam,
made 4 batches of strawberry jam, and
canned 12 quarts of pears.
YUM!
I also went to Gardner Village with my neighbor and friend ,Melissa, and got to go to the Conference Center to see Women's Conference with my in-laws.
What a fun weekend!

I went to a random orchard here in Provo to pick pears that the relief society president told a friend of mine about. So we all went together to pick some pears. Unfortunately, the orchard had been picked already and people had canned 300 quarts of pears before we made it there. It was terribly scary trying to reach the pears way up high on the trees. Then I bought 4 lbs of pears for $1 at a market here. Can't beat that price! It probably would have been a lot safer to just buy them all instead of picking them...ha ha!
I SO do not feel like a good Mom/wife anymore. I wish I was domestic!!! Nice job! You rock!
p.s I'm sad we missed you guys before we left--It was SO CRAZY!!!! We didn't get your message til two weeks after we got to california. Yeah, I lost my phone in the move. Sorry! We miss you guys! :)
