Pregnancy update...
Yesterday I had my doctor's visit and I was dilated to 2cm and 80% effaced. He decided to strip my membrane which can usually put women into labor the next day. I lost my mucus plug this morning...sorry, really gross detail. But I think things are progressing and I hope that I have him close to my due date, which is Monday, Feb. 9th. We will keep you posted!

Good Luck, the fun part is about to happen.
You're in the final few days!! Enjoy time with Nic. Go to a movie and eat at a yummy place to eat. OH, and enjoy sleeping! :) We're so excited for you two!!
o my goodness one of my really good friends went to the doctor two weeks before she was due and she was the exact same as you and she went into labor less than 24 hours later.... usually it takes a while for first timers to get that effaced so i wouldnt be surprised if you went into the hospital tonight... where are you delivering...? keep us updated! wow thats just so exciting!
It sounds like you are getting close. I hope that it is soon for you. I'm really excited to see Nixon, and I'm sure that you will get plenty of help with Mom & Kristin there. Have fun till he comes.
