We had just finished remodeling the basement apartment when we discovered a bubble in the ceiling. Water was leaking from our kitchen sink drain pipe. No problem...we will call our home warranty and get somebody out to fix it, right? Well, after they broke the dishwasher, flooded the kitchen, put a hole in the wall in the baby's room, and tore apart our ceiling and duct work, the hole in the pipe was finally fixed properly.
Finally, they came back and fixed our dishwasher, put up new sheetrock in the basement ceiling, and patched up the hole in the wall in the baby's room. However, the patch job they did was very poor and they were supposed to come back yesterday afternoon to redo it and nobody showed up. So the drama continues...

It is sure frustrating to have people who do not care about what kind of job they do. Hopefully they will finish it right and be out of your hair!!

yuck. sorry, that really stinks
gotta love workers like that. You should make sure that Nic or you are home when they come and you stand behind them and watch them... They should get it right then. I hope that they fix it quickly.
