It is a cute little brick bungalo that was built in 1927. There is 2 bedrooms and 1 bath upstairs with a 2 bedroom 1 bath accessory apartment downstairs that we would rent out to another couple. Mom was able to come visit on Wednesday and stay through the weekend. We've had a fun time dreaming up different ways to make this place even cuter than it already is. Let's just hope everything goes through now and by the end of the month we will have a place to call home! (I will put up better pictures that mom has on her camera when she sends those my way.)

It's cute! We checked out the pictures off remax and saw the inside. I like the built in shelves in the family room, very cute. I hope you guys get it!
