A Very Long Hike!

Saturday Nic did not work so we decided to go on this hike up Rock Canyon. Once you've hiked to the end of the Rock Canyon trail it splits off into 2 different trails, Hidden and Squaw Peak. We have hiked up a small portion of the Squaw Peak trail but did not have time to do the entire hike so we really were looking forward to finally completing this hike. I must say that it was not an easy hike. It was extremely steap at times, very narrow, and very long. I think what made it seem so long was that we had no idea how long it actually was so we were always anticipating the end. But we could not give up after we ran into an 81 year old man who was making his way down from the hike...if he could do it we knew we could do it!
